PRODUCT PRICING
We work very hard to maintain competitive prices, however Fab-Tech Custom Fabrication & Welding has no control over any unforeseen price or market changes. Fab-Tech Custom Fabrication & Welding reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment for all orders 1.Personal Check ( check must clear prior to shipping ) 2.Cashiers Check 3. Money Order 4. Paypal !NO COD ORDERS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED!

SPECIAL ORDERS:
All special order items will be charged a 50% deposit at time of order. All special order items will be processed in the most efficient and timely manner possible. Fab-Tech Custom Fabrication & Welding cannot and will not be held responsible for delays beyond their control. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any special order or custom built items. It is the customer's responsibility at the time of ordering a special order to obtain an estimated time of arrival. The approximate time of arrival is just that - APPROXIMATE.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES:
All merchandise distributed by Fab-Tech Custom Fabrication & Welding is subject to the manufacturers' warranties only (if any). All high performance, racing, special order, or custom-made parts are sold "as is" without any type of warranty, expressed, written, implied, or assumed. It is the responsibility of the customer and not Fab-Tech Custom Fabrication & Welding to verify product warranty (if any) with the manufacturer. No labor inconvenience or damage charges are included in any guarantee or warranty claims.

LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS SOLD:
All parts and products sold by Fab-Tech Custom Fabrication & Welding are intended for off road racing vehicles which are never to be driven on public roads. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local, state, federal laws, and manufacturers, as well as race sanctioning bodies before ordering any products from Fab-Tech Custom Fabrication & Welding.

RIGHT OF SERVICE:
Fab-Tech Custom Fabrication & Welding reserves the right to refuse sales or service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason without explanation if we feel this is in the best interest on Fab-Tech Custom Fabrication & Welding as a company and its customer base as a whole.
